The first part of this report shows the situation of the Afghan people in cities and villages who need help in the areas of education, agriculture and livestock, rural development, including housing construction, job creation, and other necessary aspects. The second part of this report shows the situation of the people in the war-torn Kabul and the provinces, who are in dire need of food and shelter, and assistance and cooperation are being provided by foreign non-governmental organizations.
