Institutional Capacity Building for Gender Equality (GEP), 2007-2013 : gender euqlity is a cross-cutting issue that all UNDP Afghanistan’s projects worked toward. GEP is a gender-specific project that helps to provide Afghan women with equal opportunities by engendering national policies and local capacity building / UNDP.
