This project is intended to expand and improve the tuberculosis prevention and treatment system in the republic of Afghanistan through construction of new facilities for the national T.B. institute and the Kabul T.B. centre. In order to meet this basic intent of the project, the proposed facilities should be serve their respective purposes most efficiently as follows—(p. 20).
