The IPCC has considered ways to limit global emissions in order to restrict temperature rise to 2oC above pre-industrial levels, acknowledging the clear possibility of a 2oC temperature rise globally. Afghanistan has been endowed with abundant natural wealth, such as water resources, forest resources and mineral wealth, including hydrocarbons.
